Training: Psychosocial and alcohol-psychotropic risks at work

The approach relies on keys for understanding and teaching tools for dialogue and reflection. These are structured and revolve around an interactive slideshow, in a multidisciplinary logic. Alternating theoretical and experiential contributions.
Exchanges, debates to develop links between private or professional experience and a changing world.

Objectives:
- grasp the complexity of the phenomenon "alcohol-psychotropic drugs, behavioural disorders" in the reality of work and develop a political feasible and sustainable including uses of psychoactive drugs, behavioural problems, with regard to the entirety of psychosocial risks.
- clarify issues related to the different identified problems: preventing risks, manager difficult situations, help people in difficulties.
